Escape with Chat: a horror escape game only your chat can get you out of
A real game: you run through a dark, locked house while the Keeper hunts you, and only your chat can open the doors, fight the monsters and turn the lights back on.
How to play
- Press Start and connect your channel. WASD or arrows to move, Shift to run, the mouse aims your torch, E uses things.
- Every room has a locked door, and you can't open it alone. The card at the bottom says what chat has to do and what you have to do.
- Search the furniture: light it up with your torch and hold E. Some of it hides code digits and letters, some is empty, some bites.
- Random things happen: blackouts, rats, gas, lasers, a collapsing ceiling, flipped controls, a viewer who holds your life in their hands.
- The lantern at the top right is the Keeper getting closer. Take too long and he comes himself.
- Run out of hearts and you're caught. Get through the Great Gate and you're free.

Scoring
- Every useful command is a point. Opening a door, killing a monster or saving the streamer is worth much more.
- The end screen names who opened which door, who saved the streamer, and who betrayed them.
Tips
- Keep the mic on. Half the fun is begging chat for help.
- Chat in emote-only mode can't play, and a strict spam filter will catch commands: loosen them for this game.
